It's about time!!! We moved here 3 years
ago from the Rio Grande Valley and the only
complaint that our children have is "there
is nothing for them to do". Our children
would definitely benefit from a facility
like you have in the planning stages. Our
children thank you...and so do we.

The Kerrville Aquatic Center is a fabulous
idea. In fact, this past summer I had this
idea going in my mind. I thought it would
be great to not have to go to S.A. or New
Braunfels to enjoy something like this.
Also, think of the economic boost this could
bring to Kerrville!!

It’s
about time, Kerrville is long over-due for
something for our youth. Every year I
purchase season passes for Fiesta Texas and
my family generally utilizes the water park
more than the rides, because of the Texas
heat. I would rather spend my money locally
here in Kerrville. Good luck and I hope the
park is a success.
Kerrville is in need of new
facilities and play grounds for children and
young adults. The existing play areas are
outdated and lack the safety that modern
facilities provide.
As a public
servant and a parent I see the need for more
family oriented facilities in this
community. There is currently an over
abundance of children and youth and a
shortage of safe facilities and activities.
I am a parent of 3 children
ranging in age from 2-17 yrs. I am also a
life long resident of Kerrville. There has
always been little to no safe, legal, family
oriented activities for our community for
our children to enjoy. I would love to have
a location that I could share with my
children. To be able to play, learn and grow
together as a family is what our community
needs. I do not want my children to be
homebound, bored and restless because there
is little offered close to home. What is
offered now is local theater, local bar
bands, few movie selections, bowling. We and
our children are limited to our choices of
entertainment and activities. Currently we
take our children to SA and that can be very
costly. I look forward to a time when we can
“Shop Kerrville” for entertainment for my
entire family. Thank you for your time and
dedication to making our community a better
place to live.
This park
would definitely fill a huge gap in the family entertainment of
Kerrville. This would give the community the ability to go on
“Family” outings in-town and furthermore keep the dollars earned
in Kerrville, “in” Kerrville. Thank you for your vision and a
fresh breath of hope for the youth and families of Kerrville.
